Rescue Me - Closing Reception

August 28th, 2017
Rescue Me

Joshua Brinlee, Phillip Counselman, Matthew Hopson-Walker

On Thursday, Sept. 21 from 5 to 7 p.m., a closing reception will be held for Rescue Me in the Eichold Gallery. This exhibition explores themes of societal expectations, stereotypical archetypes, the detrimental elements of the human character and the possibility of actual physical harm presented by one work.

Archival digital prints, printmaking, collage, drawing, and wood/ceramic sculpture are represented in the gallery. The social themes and the moral questions they expose are particularly relevant and timely in the polarized political climate we live in today.

The exhibition will be up through Sept. 29.
